Planning ENT care
The right place for care depends on the urgency and complexity of the problem—not on promotional claims about one city being better than another. Prime ENT Center is a clinic in Hardoi; it does not claim to replace emergency departments or tertiary referral centres.
Start with urgency
Breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, major trauma, stroke-like symptoms or severe deterioration need the nearest appropriate emergency service. Do not delay emergency care to travel for a routine clinic appointment.
Questions to ask before booking
- Is the clinician and relevant service available?
- What records, previous scans, hearing tests or medicines should you bring?
- Will the problem require a hospital, imaging centre or another specialist?
- What are the current appointment time and clinic hours?
When referral elsewhere is appropriate
Some conditions need emergency care, inpatient treatment, advanced imaging, multidisciplinary review or a subspecialty service. A responsible clinic should explain when local assessment is suitable and when referral is safer.
