BPPV में specific positions (लेटना, उठना, करवट बदलना) से intense spinning vertigo होता है – 10-30 seconds। Cause: inner ear के semicircular canals में displaced calcium crystals (otoconia)। Dix-Hallpike Test confirm करता है – specific position में nystagmus (eye jerking) देखते हैं। Treatment: Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers (Epley, Bangalore Maneuver) – crystals को proper place पर move करते हैं। Usually 1-2 sessions में cure!
